7:30 am | Event site opens
Don’t forget to pick up your commemorative Komen Wrap for Opening Ceremony. Explore activation areas like the four pillar zones (Research, Care, Community and Action) and GO Pink for the Cure, visit the “We Remember” tent, meet our valued sponsors and more.
8:45 am | Survivors and those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer meet at Hope Village
Join fellow survivors in the Opening Ceremony procession. Walk hand in hand celebrating yourselves and honoring those we have lost to breast cancer. Smile big for the group photo and feel the love of your family and friends.
While in Hope Village make sure you grab a postcard on ShareForCures, Komen’s breast cancer research registry focused on finding the cures for breast cancer. Learn how you can accelerate discoveries, make an impact, and be a catalyst for change!

Time to walk! Head to the start arch with your team, family, and friends to enjoy a communal walk through beautiful Tower Grove Park!



Activities for Survivors & Those Living with MBC
This event is a celebration of the strength and resilience of survivors and all people living with metastatic breast cancer. We honor these members of our community at:
Hope Village Celebration | 7:30 a.m. -10:00 a.m.
Join us in the Hope Village area for complimentary light snacks and drinks along with special treatment by Komen Partners, photo booth fun and more!
Pathway of Hope/Survivor Procession | 8:45 a.m. Gather in Hope Village
-Join fellow Survivors and MBC Thrivers as you join together in the procession to the stage and are celebrated during the opening ceremony.
-The Top 10 Fundraising Survivors will be able to invite friends and family to have a front row seat as they hold the banner to create the Pathway of Hope for the procession.

Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, May 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+
On event morning, follow the Top Fundraiser signs to the These Boots Were Made to Stomp Out Breast Cancer VIPink Tent area reserved just for you! Enjoy our western themed VIPink tent on Walk morning where you’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser item to help you stand apart from the crowd and and enjoy light breakfast pastries compliments of Companion Bakery, coffee and special drinks. Take your VIP photo and celebrate your impact with other VIPs.
Your Walk T-shirt
All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, May 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+
Every team that raises $2,500 or more will be provided a 10x10 space in our Top Teams area. We encourage our top teams to bring a tent, snacks, drinks and items to share with your team members. Teams that reach the $5000 fundraising level will be provided a tent and table in their team space! Provide your own chairs, food and beverage to celebrate the difference you are making by fundraising!

Local T-Shirt Details
All shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will be mailed. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the Walk. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .
*Shirts are being mailed via USPSto the address entered during registration. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
How long is the Walk?
The is a 1.7 mile walk through beautiful Tower Grove Park.
Getting to the Event and Parking
Please note parking is on a first come first served basis. Ample parking is available in and around the park on Main Dr., Magnolia Ave., Grand Blvd. and Arsenal St. Free parking is available at the Public Parking Lot at 3500 Hartford St.- 63118.
There is no specific handicap parking. Participant drop off areas are located on Main St. near Northeast Dr. & Osborn Dr.
We request that you use the drop off for medically necessary participants, to alleviate traffic congestion.
Please check back closer to the Walk for additional parking information and event maps.
Are strollers allowed at the event?
Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
Yes, well-mannered dogs are welcome. Pets must be leashed at all times for the safety of your pet and other event participants.
What is the deadline for fundraising?
All donations on your behalf will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives. To receive a Fundraising T-shirt, you must raise $100 by at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Special incentives for Fundraisers!
Survivors/MBC Thrivers who register and raise $25 and Participants who raise $150 by May 11 will receive via mail a Komen shopping tote! Totes are in place of yard signs this year.
May 11 is also the deadline to register and fundraise to receive your Komen Survivor/MBC Thriver and/or fundraiser T-shirt via mail — don't delay!
