Did you collect cash or checks (offline) and want to send it in to Komen?
If so, here are your options…

Submit Instantly: Use the “SGK Fundraise” app from the Apple or Android phone app store. Log in with your same user name as password as you used to create your fundraising page. Use the Mobile Upload feature to instantly submit checks to Susan G. Komen and add to your fundraising total.
OR
Mail in your donation checks: Convert any cash to check form and mail to Susan G. Komen using this form. (This could take up to 8 weeks to post to your fundraiser.)

If you are NOT fundraising online:

Submit Instantly: It’s not to late…Create an online fundraising page. Then download the SGK Fundraise app from the Apple or Android phone app store. Log in with your same user name and password that you used to create your fundraising page. Use the Mobile Upload feature to instantly submit your checks to Susan G. Komen and add to your fundraising total.
OR
Mail in your donation checks: Register your offline fundraiser here. When you do, then a offline donation submission form will be emailed to you which you will use to submit with your checks (do not mail cash) to Susan G. Komen. Mailed in checks can take up to 8 weeks to process and receive donation receipts.
