Fundraisers are the heartbeat of Komen. Your passion and dedication fuel our mission to end breast cancer. Every dollar you raise means Komen can continue to expand access to care for everyone facing breast cancer, provide financial support to those in need and fund crucial research to improve treatment options and find the cures to end breast cancer forever.
The Komen Fundraising Incentive Program is our way of showing appreciation for your hard work. You’ll earn points for every dollar you raise ($1 = 1 point), which you can then redeem through the Komen fundraising incentive portal.
- Earn points for money raised across all Komen fundraising programs including Race for the Cure, MORE THAN PINK Walk, 3-Day, Go Pink for the Cure, and DIY.
- Once you’ve raised $100, you’ll receive an email from komenincentives@genumark.com inviting you to set up your account.
- Redeem points at any time, for as many items as you like, based on your point balance*.

How do I earn points?
Points can be earned by fundraising for Komen’s peer-to-peer fundraising programs, including Race for the Cure, MORE THAN PINK Walk, 3-Day, DIY, and Go Pink for the Cure. For every $1 raised, you earn 1 point. Additionally, points are combined across all fundraising programs.
What fundraising events are included in the incentive program?
The Komen Fundraising Incentive Program is exclusive to peer-to-peer fundraising programs, including Race for the Cure, MORE THAN PINK Walk, 3-Day, DIY, and Go Pink for the Cure.
When will I receive access to see my points and incentive items?
Once you’ve raised a cumulative $100, you’ll receive an email from komenincentives@genumark.com with instructions on how to set up an account to access the portal. Susan G. Komen is thrilled to be partnering with Genumark to offer Komen participants exclusive branded merchandise.
How do I check my points balance?
Once you have created your account through the incentive portal, you can login to the fundraising incentive portal anytime to check your points balance and view incentive items.
When will my fundraising points be added?
Fundraising points are totaled weekly and will be updated every Monday by 12 p.m. EST.
When can I start redeeming my points?
You can start redeeming points once you reach 250 points.
How many items can I redeem for at a time?
You can select as many items as you like until you have used all your available points. For example, if you have 750 points, you can select three 250-point items OR one 500-point item and one 250-point item.
How often can I redeem my points?
You can redeem points as often as you like until you no longer have enough points to select additional items.
What if I want to donate my points and not redeem an item?
Fundraisers can make an even greater impact to support Komen’s mission to end breast cancer forever by donating points. Once you have logged into the incentive portal, select Donate My Points from the rewards page. Enter the number of points you wish to donate and click Add to Cart. Complete the steps at checkout.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 18 months of no fundraising activity.
How do I place an order?
All orders are placed in the incentive portal. Once you’ve raised a cumulative $100, you will receive an email from komenincentives@genumark.com with instructions on how to set up your login for the incentive portal. Once your account is complete, you’ll be able to access additional FAQs to complete the order process.
Who do I contact if I believe my fundraising points balance is incorrect?
Fundraising points are updated every Monday at 12 p.m. EST. If you believe your fundraising points are not correct, please contact komenincentives@genumark.com.
If you are fundraising for multiple events in one year or using different email addresses to register, you might have multiple accounts in Komen's system, which can prevent your points from accumulating correctly. If this applies to you or if you’ve received incentive portal emails at different email addresses, please reach out to the Komen Service Center at 877-GO-KOMEN or info@komen.org for assistance.
Who do I contact if I am having trouble logging into the incentive program portal?

Are fundraising points earned retroactively?
Yes! Fundraising points will retroactively count toward your rewards for any fundraising for 2025 events. This ensures all your efforts throughout the year are recognized.
*Promotion is open to US registrants fundraising through Race for the Cure, MORE THAN Walk, 3-Day, Go Pink for the Cure, and DIY (collectively, "eligible fundraising programs"; excludes DIY Memorial and Company). Eligible fundraising programs may change. Earn 1 point per dollar raised, redeemable through Genumark as per redemption email instructions. Points expire if no fundraising activity is detected within 18 months. Additional conditions may apply. Promotion may end or be canceled at any time. Prizes, determined by Komen, are limited and available while supplies last. Void where prohibited.
