Ride What You Want
Hello Cyclists and other Non-Horseback riders! We are excited to add this virtual participation opportunity for past Impact Ride participants and newcomers who don't ride a horse BUT wish to "ride" (bike, motorcycle, skateboard...) in October in support of Susan G. Komen this Fall.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN THE VERMONT RIDE AS A VIRTUAL PARTICIPANT?
Back story from 2022: past Impact Ride participant, Don Walker, registered for the Vermont Ride for the Cure because it had a virtual registration option and he figured he’d just ride his bike, and fundraise, like he had done in the past. We hope you will join him in 2023!
Don said this Spring, “I am riding again in 2023 because there are so many women and families who will benefit from breast cancer research, education and treatment, and receive hope for a brighter future.” We love the way Don thinks!
The 2023 VT Ride is open to all types of "other" riders – BUT only for virtual participation. NOTE: there is a Minimum Fundraising requirement for all in-person and virtual participants: Adults $150 and Youth (ages 12-17) $75 to be raised by October 9.

(ONLY horseback riders will be permitted to ride at Green Mountain Horse Association)
NOW we encourage you to join the VT Ride as well.
The Vermont Ride for the Cure distance is rider’s choice, but should you want a challenge, we suggest you aim to ride 108 miles by Ride day, October 9, to represent the 1 in 8 women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.
