Legacy 9:12

Our Story

My cancer journey changed me forever. I walked through the fear, uncertainty, and pain of breast cancer and came out on the other side after a double mastectomy. By the grace and mercy of God, I did not need chemotherapy, radiation, or cancer medication. But surviving cancer doesn’t mean the journey ends. I still experience PTSD symptoms and, at times, survivor’s guilt as I remember those who fought but didn’t make it.

This is my healing process—learning to honor my story and recognize how God can turn pain into purpose. Today, I stand as a survivor, advocate, and testimony.
