This year, I joined the Komen community and registered for the 2026 Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. I proudly support Susan G. Komen each year because this mission is both professional and personal.

Breast cancer has affected my family, including my grandmother. While she passed away from causes unrelated to her cancer, I know she faced challenges. The effects of breast cancer didn't end with her treatment, it became part of our family's story, shaping the conversations and concerns we've carried forward.

I understand that breast cancer affects far more than just the person diagnosed. It brings uncertainty, fear, and difficult questions for loved ones and future generations alike.

Each year, I raise funds to support the fight against breast cancer and help ensure that more people have access to the research, care, and resources they need.

I'm especially proud to do this as an employee of Susan G. Komen. I get to see the passion, dedication, and impact behind this mission every day.

All this motivates me to lace up my shoes, rally my friends and family, and ask for your support each year.
