My Story
In 2019, my life changed with a routine mammogram.
I’d been called back for extra imaging before, but this time was different. This time, they found a mass. Stage I breast cancer.
I went through a lumpectomy, chemotherapy, and radiation. I lost my hair, faced tough days, and leaned hard on my faith, my family, my friends, my church, my sorority sisters, my classmates, and my co‑workers. By God’s grace, I am cancer free today.
Early detection saved my life — and that’s why I’m committed to supporting the Susan G. Komen mission. I’m walking in the MORE THAN PINK Walk, and I’m asking for your support.
Your donation helps fund breakthrough research and provides emotional, financial, and navigational support for people facing breast cancer right now. Komen shows up for them — and we can too.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference. Together, let’s show breast cancer patients there’s a whole community standing by their side.
Will you please join me in this fight by making your donation today?
