This past year has been a whirlwind for our family.   We had the unimaginable happen, an unexpected diagnosis of breast cancer made its way too close to home.  This doesn't just affect one person, it really affects the entire family.  I am incredibly proud of my girls and our kids as they showed tremedous resilience through all.  My oldest daughter, Bella even helped plan a fundraiser at her school for breast cancer awareness and funding.  We are so grateful that this chapter has closed and that we have made it to the other side.  This walk is so meaningful in that it is reminder that we are in this together and we need to continue to fight for this cause.  While learning that 1 and 8 women are diagnosed with breast cancer, this is a fight we need to continue until we have a cure.  

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.
