Julie's Story
I'm a SURVIVOR and it's been twelve and a half years thanks to the support of my family and friends. It's that time of year again and I'm asking for your help. As an annual celebration of life, I've registered to walk at the 2026 Komen Wisconsin MORE THAN PINK WALK to be held on Sunday, September 27th, 2026.
Since I started fundraising for Susan G. Komen years ago, I took on the nickname of "Warrior Chief" as I felt that I was a Warrior in the fight of my life through my breast cancer journey. Now that my breast cancer is in remission, I fight in different ways - - raising funds through the MORE THAN PINK WALK, supporting friends that are going through treatment, and fighting to stay healthy myself. I have family and friends who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and they are all Warriors - - part of my "tribe"! Some have lost their valliant battle and that's why I continue to fight.
Will you please make a donation in support of my personal fundraising goal of $10,000? The dollars we raise can save lives and have a lasting impact in our local community and across the country.
My most sincere thanks and gratitude for your consideration in making a donation.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference.
Thank you so very much!
Love, "Warrior Chief" in the fight against breast cancer (a/k/a Julie Hahn)
