In 2024, I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. Today, I'm cancer free! Thanks to the support of my amazing family, friends, work colleagues and care team, I was able to navigate this unfamiliar journey with positivity and peace.

In June, I'm once again walking in the More Than Pink walk to support the community of people who are battling breast cancer and to celebrate those who have survived it.

And, as a reminder, for all my women friends, please remember to get your annual mammogram. I hope that by sharing my story, it encourages at least one woman to do her annual screening.
