Explore our four pillar zones (Research, Care, Community and Action), visit the “We Remember” tent, meet our valued sponsors and more.

8:45 a.m. | Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer gather at the Rawlings Baseball.
Join fellow survivors in the Opening Ceremony procession. Walk hand in hand celebrating yourselves and honoring those we have lost to breast cancer. Smile big for the group photo and feel the love of your family and friends.

Don’t miss your chance to be in our group photo! This is also when we’ll get ready for the Opening Ceremony.

Honor survivors, those currently in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer as they walk down the Pathway of Hope; celebrate our top fundraisers; and listen to inspiring stories of resilience.

Gather your team and get ready to walk
Spend the morning exploring our mission-driven activation tents and connecting with our corporate sponsors. Kids will love the dedicated activity area designed just for them! After the walk, stick around for music, enjoy comradery with other supporters, and grab lunch at one of the Westport restaurants proudly supporting Komen’s mission.!

Activities for Survivors & Those Living with MBC

This event is a celebration of the strength and resilience of survivors and all people living with metastatic breast cancer. We honor these members of our community at:

Hope Village Celebration | 7:30 a.m.-10 a.m.

Join us in the Hope Village area for complimentary light snacks and drinks along with special treatment by Komen Partners, photo booth fun and more!

Pathway of Hope/Survivor Procession | 8:45 a.m. gather at the Rawlings Baseball

-Join fellow Survivors and those living with MBC as you walk together in the procession to the stage and are celebrated during the opening ceremony.

-The Top 10 Fundraising Survivors will be able to invite friends and family to have a front row seat as they hold the banner to create the Pathway of Hope for the procession.

Your Event T-shirt

All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, May 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Activities for Top Fundraisers & Teams

Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and support – our Top Individuals and Top Teams. 

Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+

On event morning, follow the Top Fundraiser signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser item to help you stand apart from the crowd, and we invite you to pop in and enjoy light breakfast pastries compliments of Companion Bakery, as well as coffee and special drinks. Take your VIP photo and celebrate your impact with other VIPs.

Your Walk T-shirt

All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, May 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Survivors are not required to fundraise to receive a shirt. If you do not register and fundraise your first $100 prior to 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 10, 2026, please allow 6-8 weeks after the Walk occurs for your t-shirt to arrive in the mail.

Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+

Every team that raises $2,500 or more will be provided with a 10x10 space in our Top Teams area. We encourage our top teams to bring a tent, snacks, drinks and items to share with your team members. Teams that reach the $5000 fundraising level will be provided a tent and table in their team space!

Local T-Shirt Details

All shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will be mailed. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .

*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.

Please note: there will be no T-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our T-shirt process.

How long is the Walk?

The is a one-mile loop around Westport Plaza, participants are welcome to take a second lap if they choose.

Getting to the Event and Parking

Westport Plaza provides ample free parking, including designated handicap spaces in nearby lots and parking garages. Check back in mid-May for updated parking and event maps.

Are strollers allowed at the event?

Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!

Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?

Well-mannered dogs are welcome at the event. For everyone’s safety, pets must remain leashed at all times.

What is the deadline for fundraising?

All donations on your behalf will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives. To receive a Fundraising T-shirt, you must raise $100 by at 11:59 p.m. CT.

2026 Komen Legends

Ready to make your fundraising legendary? Participants who raise $2,500 or more for any 2026 MORE THAN PINK Walk, including the 2026 Greater St. Louis MORE THAN PINK Walk, 2026 Race for the Cure, or 2026 3-Day will be recognized as members of the 2026 Komen Legends Club. Once you become a Legend, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, including a commemorative lapel pin. Additional information will be emailed to participants as they approach $2,500 in fundraising.
