Why do I participate in this walk?
I walk for my Mom. It’s been 21 good years. Chemo and radiation were hell but she got through. She was able to see us graduate college +, get married and have our babies. I don’t want to imagine what it would have been like without her.
For my Tia Margaret, she was able to treat her breast cancer with radiation. Love and miss you Tia. Hope you will by our side 10/26 ❤
For my mother in law Eloise, 3 years ago you also had to start your fight. You overcame. Evie has some strong grandmas that’s for sure!
For my cousins, I’ll name you when you give me the okay. You are not alone. We love you.
Let me know who you would like to mention or shout out.
For the statistics 1 in 8 women that will be diagnosed with breast cancer; the 720 women that are diagnosed per day.
This is why I walk. Please donate or join us this year in walking for a cure. We always get great support!!
