8:00 a.m. | Event site opens

9:15 a.m. | Survivors and those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer meet at Hope Village for Pathway of Hope
This is when we’ll get ready for the Opening Ceremony and our Survivor/Thriver celebration kicking off our Pathway of Hope!

While in Hope Village make sure you grab a postcard on ShareForCures, Komen’s breast cancer research registry focused on finding the cures for breast cancer. Learn how you can accelerate discoveries, make an impact, and be a catalyst for change!

9:30 a.m. | Survivors and Thrivers kickoff our Pathway of Hope
Honor Survivors, those currently in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer as they walk down the Pathway of Hope; celebrate our top fundraisers; and listen to inspiring stories of resilience.

Hope Village Celebration

Join us in the Hope Village area where we will have fun activities, especially for our survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer.

Pathway of Hope/Survivor Parade

All survivors, those currently in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer will unite and walk into our Opening Ceremony.

Your Event T-shirt

All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Activities for Top Fundraisers & Teams

Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and support – our Top Individuals and Top Teams. 

Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+ by Oct. 17

On event morning, follow the Top Fundraiser signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser item to help you stand apart from the crowd, and we invite you to pop in and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks provided by generous local partners. 

Your Walk T-shirt

All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+ by Oct. 10

Every team that raises $2,500 or more will receive a tent and table in our Top Teams area. We encourage our top teams to bring snacks, drinks and items to share with team members.

Local T-Shirt Details

We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .

*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.

Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.

How long is the Walk?

The 2025 Komen Los Angeles MORE THAN PINK Walk is a loop around Los Angeles State Historic Park.

👟 The route is simple and accessible for all:

• One loop around the park = just over 1 mile
• Want to go the distance? Complete 3 loops to walk a full 5K (optional — the spirit of the day is participation, not distance!)

Getting to the Event and Parking

🚗 Parking Information

Parking at Los Angeles State Historic Park is limited and we are anticipating more participants than ever. Please plan ahead and allow extra time to park and enter the Walk site. Carpool, rideshare, or public transit are strongly encouraged.

• Public transit: The Chinatown Metro Station is located directly across from the park.
• Paid Parking: Located at the lot on the corner of W. College Street and N. Spring Street. Cost: $20. Cashless Payment Only.
• Street Parking: Limited and not guaranteed.

We highly encourage participants to carpool, use Uber/Lyft, or take the train for the most convenient arrival.

Are strollers allowed at the event?

Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!

What is the deadline for fundraising?

All donations on your behalf will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives. To receive a Fundraising T-shirt, you must raise $100 by at 11:59 p.m. CT.

2025 Komen Legends

Ready to make your fundraising legendary? Participants who raise $2,500 or more for any 2025 MORE THAN PINK Walk, including the 2025 Komen Los Angeles MORE THAN PINK Walk, 2025 Race for the Cure, or 2025 3-Day will be recognized as members of the 2025 Komen Legends Club. Once you become a Legend, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, including a commemorative lapel pin. Additional information will be emailed to participants as they approach $2,500 in fundraising.
