Volley for the Cure is a unique program designed to promote positive awareness, and the importance of early detection of breast cancer for high school girls. With the support of coaches, school administration, local businesses and the community, these young women are making a difference by raising critical funds for the mission of Susan G. Komen, all while helping Komen get one step closer to ending breast cancer forever. Volley for the Cure started in 2006 and we at Komen are proud to say that it started right here in Ohio. You can find Volley for the Cure games and fundraisers all over our great state and this event was such a huge hit that you now can find Volley for the Cure all over the nation
