What makes you VIPink? Much like the promise that led to the founding of Susan G. Komen, my family and I are driven by a promise made to honor my mother and support other families navigating a journey that we know all too well. Whether that is through our annual Walk team, aptly named "Pinky Promise", or other campaigns like VIPink, we will not stop doing anything we can to support this cause until breast cancer becomes just a memory.
What will be your competitive edge against your fellow ambassadors? This year is very special to my family as we will be honoring 25 years since my mother's passing, and so I am committed to doing everything I can to support the mission in a big way so that Komen can continue to impact as many lives as possible.
Give us one fun fact about you. I love to travel and have a personal goal of visiting all 62 national parks in the United States. I am making good progress with 17 parks and counting currently under my belt.
