What makes you feel connected to Susan G. Komen and our mission to end breast cancer?
My mom and my mother-in-law are both living with breast cancer, so this cause is deeply personal for me. I believe every woman deserves access to care and follow-up that is consistent and equitable, no matter her circumstances. I do this work to contribute to the medicine, policies, and advocacy that will ultimately put an end to this cruel disease.
What makes you VIPink?
I believe being VIPink means using my voice and energy to push for equitable care and access for all women, not just those with resources or connections. For me, it’s about standing up, supporting the science and advocacy, and doing my part to help end this disease.
What will be your competitive edge against your fellow ambassadors?
I bring professional skills in communication, organization, and mobilizing people, which help me amplify the mission and turn awareness into real impact. Combining personal drive with the ability to rally others is what sets me apart.
Give us one fun fact about you
I balance strategy meetings with snack time. My 4.5 and 5 year olds are my best reminders of what really matters.
