I feel connected to Susan G. Komen's mission because breast cancer has directly impacted my family. I have seen firsthand how critical early detection, education, and support are during every stage of the journey. Being part of this mission gives me hope that future generations will face fewer diagnoses and bring us closer to a world without breast cancer.
What makes me VIPink? My ability to connect with others and inspire involvement. Breast cancer has affected those close to me, and that motivates me to advocate LOUDLY and proudly for awareness, research, and support. I am committed to engage others, share personal stories, and take meaningful action to help end breast cancer.
My strength as a VIPink ambassador comes from authenticity and consistency. Breast cancer's impact on my family inspires me to advocate with sincerity and care. I am committed to doing the work - raising awareness, supporting fundraising efforts, and encouraging open conversations - while honoring every story and every person affected.
Fun Fact: I have more craft supplies than free time.... and I love it! From stained glass to sewing, scrapbooking, painting, crocheting, and more, you'll usually find me crafting something!
