What makes you feel connected to Susan G. Komen and our mission to end breast cancer?
Breast cancer became personal for me when my wife, Cindy, was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer in 2018. I want to help support the research and support the hope that one day we will find a cure.
What makes you VIPink?
There are so many people that need help. After the shock of a diagnosis, they have to get a plan together and some don't know where to start and others can't handle the financial burden. I'm VIPink because, in my own small way, I want to help those that I will never meet, or even know about, but I will know that my efforts helped those that needed it.
What are some way(s) you plan to raise awareness (and funds) as a VIPink Ambassador?
Personal conversations, emails, text messages and social media.
Give us one fun fact about you.
I am a collector of books, posters & LIFE Magazines related to World War 2 and Presidents.
