What makes you feel connected to Susan G. Komen and our mission to end breast cancer?

I've been a Pink Tie Guy for years now, and it is a cause close to my heart. I lost my mother to Breast Cancer in 1984, and it has touched other friends and family members over the last 40 years.

What makes you VIPink?

Every year I relish the challenge of out-fundraising my friend and colleague, Dr. Bob Foster, on Pink Tie Guy Day, and this year is no exception. Bring it on Bob!

What will be your competitive edge against your fellow ambassadors?

I have the backing of Ally Medical Emergency Centers, its 6 Austin area locations, and all my Facebook friends!

This year will be my 30th year in Austin, and both of my adult children live here, too!
