What makes you feel connected to Susan G. Komen and our mission to end breast cancer?

I have had family members and friends affected by breast cancer, including an old friend and former co-worker who recently passed away. It was an easy choice for my wife and I to get involved with Susan G. Komen and to support the mission.

What makes you VIPink?

I'm VIPink because supporting the Susan G. Komen Foundation means standing up for every person impacted by breast cancer and accelerating the fight to end it.

What will be your competitive edge against your fellow ambassadors?

I don't have a beautiful singing voice like some ambassadors, so I will have to make up for it with my charming personality and dogged persistence.

I have a long history of wearing pink accessories…starting in high school, when I wore a pink outfit with a pink tutu. Two times.
