What makes you feel connected to Susan G. Komen and our mission to end breast cancer?

I've had a few friends who have had breast cancer. One of which did not survive after her second bout with breast cancer. Just 3 years ago my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in her 70s, and thank God she caught it early enough and did the treatment and has survived.

What makes you VIPink?

I believe that the funds raised have made a drastic improvement in the treatment for breast cancer and allowing those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer to see more birthdays.

What will be your competitive edge against your fellow ambassadors?

I believe just telling the story of how Susan G Komen helps those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer is a great way to speak the purpose of raising funds.
