Family, we invite you to partner with us and the Susan G. Komen Foundation to walk for a cure.

This year's walk has a different meaning. We are walking for my mom, Robin Days. On July 15, 2025, my mom went for her regularly scheduled mammogram. During this appointment, a mass was detected, and it was later determined to be invasive ductal carcinoma. As her cancer team was focusing on the mass on the right side, the Holy Spirit intervened, and her doctor requested an MRI with contrast of the left side. She was so afraid of the MRI; however, she prayed and asked God for strength and courage. She stood on 2 Timothy 1:7. This MRI revealed a tiny mass that was later classified as ductal carcinoma in situ. The doctor said that if the MRI with contrast had not been completed, the 1cm mass on the left side could have gone undetected for five to seven years. BUT GOD!   

She has embraced this season with boldness and courage. Trusting God and that he would provide, heal, and make ways. AND HE HAS! As she recovers from her recent surgery and prepares for this next leg of her journey, we want to support not only my mom but every person who is fighting this fight. To advocate for early detection and to remember those whom the Lord has called home.
