Join us in the Hope Village area for all the special giveaways, food & beverages, and fun activities we have for all our survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. This is where we meet to organize everyone to take part in the Pathway of Hope during our opening ceremony.
Pathway of Hope/Survivor Parade | 8:20 a.m.
All survivors, those currently in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer will unite and walk into our Opening Ceremony.

Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Activities for Top Fundraisers & Teams
Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and support – our Top Individuals and Top Teams. This year, we have activated our VIPink Village. The VIPink Village is set up for all our Top Teams, Top Companies and Top Fundraisers. Enjoy all the food & beverages, giveaways and activities we have for you this year!
All Top Teams and Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+
On event morning, follow the VIPink Village signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser item to help you stand apart from the crowd, and we invite you to pop in and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks provided by generous local partners.
Your Walk T-shirt
All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. Survivors are not required to fundraise to receive a shirt. If you do not register and fundraise your first $100 prior to 11:59 PM on Sunday, September 20, 2026, please allow 6-8 weeks after the Walk occurs for your t-shirt to arrive in the mail.
Top Teams – Teams who raise $5,000+
Every team that raises $5,000 or more will receive a tent and table in our Top Teams area inside the VIPink Village. We encourage our top teams to bring snacks, drinks and items to share with team members. We encourage you to come and decorate your Top Team Tent on the day of the event to show your team pride.

Local T-Shirt Details
We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
How long is the Walk?
The will be 5 Kilometers or 3.1 miles in length, or you may choose to walk our shorter 1.5 mile route.
Getting to the Event and Parking

Are strollers allowed at the event?
Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
Yes! Dogs are allowed to join us on the course and in the event area. Please keep your pet(s) leashed at all times for the safety of your pet and other event participants.
What is the deadline for fundraising?
All donations on your behalf will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives. To receive a Fundraising T-shirt, you must raise $100 by at 11:59 p.m. CT.
2026 Komen Legends
Ready to make your fundraising legendary? Participants who raise $2,500 or more for any 2026 MORE THAN PINK Walk, including the 2026 Komen Miami/Fort Lauderdale MORE THAN PINK Walk, 2026 Race for the Cure, or 2026 3-Day will be recognized as members of the 2026 Komen Legends Club. Once you become a Legend, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, including a commemorative lapel pin. Additional information will be emailed to participants as they approach $2,500 in fundraising. The 2026 Miami/Fort Lauderdale MORE THAN PINK Walk is honored to have Ms. Tracey Tynes Horlback as our Executive Leadership Committee Chairwoman. Tracey has been an amazing past of the Miami/ Fort Lauderdale MORE THAN PINK Walk family for years and has been our top fundraiser multiple years. She is passionate about our mission to end breast cancer and has inspired many to join us every year.
Tracey Tynes Horlback is a senior lead business growth consultant for Wells Fargo Advisors with more than 30 years of experience in financial services. With over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Tracey is recognized for her expertise in business development, strategic leadership, and team building. Her commitment to fostering inclusive work environments and driving organizational success has made her a respected leader in her field.
