7:15 a.m. | Survivors and those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer meet at Hope Village
Don't forget to pick up your commemorative gift bag. Quantities are limited and on first-come, first-serve basis.
While in Hope Village make sure you grab a postcard on ShareForCures, Komen’s breast cancer research registry focused on finding the cures for breast cancer. Learn how you can accelerate discoveries, make an impact, and be a catalyst for change!

Join us in the Hope Village area for light breakfast and refreshments provided by Broken Yolk Café. Be sure to pick up your commemorative gift bag upon check-in.

Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and support – our Top Individuals and Top Teams.
Your Walk T-shirt
All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Top Teams – Teams who raise $3,500+
Every team that raises $3,500 or more will be invited to have a tent in our Top Teams area. We encourage our top teams to bring snacks, drinks and items to share with team members. The deadline to raise $3,500 as a team and receive a team tent is Friday, October 17.

Local T-Shirt Details
We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
How long is the Walk?
The will be approximately 2.5 miles in length. Please note our route travels along highway SR 163 with a steep incline on the Quince Street exit ramp. A 1.5 mile route through Balboa Park will be available for those who do not wish to walk along the freeway and encounter the incline of the Quince Street exit ramp.
Getting to the Event and Parking
Parking will be available at the Inspiration Point parking lot. Shuttles will be provided for participants who park in this area. Please allow extra time for parking and shuttling to the event site. We will provide updated shuttle information closer to the event.
Are strollers allowed at the event?
Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
Yes! Dogs are allowed to join us on the course and in the event area. Please keep your dog(s) leashed at all times for the safety of your pet and other event participants.
What is the deadline for fundraising?
All donations on your behalf will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives. To receive a Fundraising T-shirt, you must raise $100 by at 11:59 p.m. CT.
