How Can I be a Top Fundraiser for Walk Where You Are?
Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and their support - our Top Individuals raising $1,000+ and Top Teams at $2,500+.

Your Walk T-shirt

All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives by October 25, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

T-Shirt Details

We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt by October 25, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by Sunday, April 27, 2025. Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after Sunday, April 27, 2025 will receive your shirt(s) by mail before the end of the year. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is Sunday, June 8, 2025.

*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.

How long is the Walk?

The distance is up to you, anything from 1-3 miles is what we suggest. You can choose your distance based on anything from how much time you want to give to a number that is significant for you and the reason you are participating. For example, if someone you love is celebrating their second year of survivorship you could walk two miles. Or if they did 18 radiation treatments, you could walk 1.8 miles. But really, it’s all your choice. It's an opportunity to be part of our community and support our mission from anywhere you are located.

Ready to make your fundraising legendary? Participants who raise $2,500 or more for any 2025 MORE THAN PINK Walk, including the 2025 Komen Virtual Walk Where You Are MORE THAN PINK Walk, 2025 Race for the Cure, or 2025 3-Day will be recognized as members of the 2025 Komen Legends Club. Once you become a Legend, you’ll receive exclusive benefits, including a commemorative lapel pin. Additional information will be emailed to participants as they approach $2,500 in fundraising.
