Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+
On event morning, follow the Top Fundraiser signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser item to help you stand apart from the crowd, and we invite you to pop in and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks provided by generous local partners.
Your Walk T-shirt
All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, August 24, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Top 3 Fundraising Team Tents
If you are one of the top 3 fundraising teams, congratulations, you have earned your very own tent. You and your guests can gather in your tent and enjoy your favorite beverages and some special treats. Feel free to decorate your Team Tent however you would like! You will be notified by Thursday, September 18 if you have earned a Team Tent. (cutoff for fundraising amounts is September 15)Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+
Every team that raises $2,500 or more will be invited to join us in the VIP tent for refreshments and more.

Local T-Shirt Details
We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
How long is the Walk?
The will be approximately 1 mile in length. Feel free to take an extra loop if you’d like!
Getting to the Event and Parking
Please check back closer to the event for detailed parking information and event maps.
Are strollers allowed at the event?
Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
Yes! Dogs are allowed to join us on the course and in the event area. Please keep your pet(s) leashed at all times for the safety of your pet and other event participants.
What is the deadline for fundraising?
All donations on your behalf will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives. To receive a Fundraising T-shirt, you must raise $100 by at 11:59 p.m. CT.
