Hope Village Celebration | 8:00 a.m.
Join us in the Hope Village area for a celebration of survival and hope. Refreshments, breakfast, prizes, selfie station and more with your fellow survivors!
Pathway of Hope/Survivor Parade | 8:45 a.m.
All survivors, those currently in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer will unite and walk into our Opening Ceremony.

Your Event T-shirt
All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Activities for Top Fundraisers & Teams
Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and support – our Top Individuals and Top Teams.
Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+
On event morning, follow the VIP Top Fundraiser signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser item to help you stand apart from the crowd, and we invite you to pop in and enjoy complimentary breakfast provided by generous local partners.
Your Walk T-shirt
All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, April 20, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+
Every team that raises $2,500 or more will receive a table and sign in our VIP Top Fundraiser area. We encourage our top teams to bring decorations for you Top Team table and enjoy breakfast, prizes and a photo station.
Every team that raises $10,000 or more will receive their own decorated tent next to the VIP Top Fundraiser area.

Local T-Shirt Details
We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by . Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is .
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
How long is the Walk?
The will be 3.1 miles in length.
Getting to the Event and Parking

Are strollers allowed at the event?
Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!
Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?
For the safety of event participants/due to local regulations, only service animals will be allowed at the event.
What is the deadline for fundraising?
All donations on your behalf that are received through Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CT will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives.
