We look forward to coming together to walk to end breast cancer with you on Sunday, October 13, 2024! 

7:00 a.m. | On-site registration opens
Don’t forget to pick up your commemorative Komen Wrap for the Opening Ceremony.

7:00 a.m. | Event site opens
Explore our four pillar zones (Research, Care, Community and Action), visit the “We Remember” tent, meet our valued sponsors and more.

7:30 a.m. | Survivors and those living with Metastatic Breast Cancer meet at the stage
Don’t miss your chance to be in our group photo! This is also when we’ll get ready for the Opening Ceremony.

While in Hope Village make sure you grab a postcard on ShareForCures, Komen’s breast cancer research registry focused on finding the cures for breast cancer. Learn how you can accelerate discoveries, make an impact, and be a catalyst for change!

This event is a celebration of the strength and resilience of survivors and all people living with metastatic breast cancer. We honor these members of our community at:

Hope Village Celebration

Join us in the Hope Village area where survivors and thrivers and their guest can gather. Light refreshments will be available for survivors, thrivers and their guest.

Pathway of Hope/Survivor Parade

All survivors, those currently in treatment and those living with metastatic breast cancer will unite and walk into our Opening Ceremony.

ShareForCures

Grab a ShareForCures postcard in Hope Village and dive into the groundbreaking world of Komen’s ShareForCures, a research registry focused only on finding the cures for breast cancer. Be part of something extraordinary and empower the fight against breast cancer. Your participation accelerates discoveries, making a real impact on lives. Don't miss this chance to be a catalyst for change!

Your Event T-shirt

All registered breast cancer survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special event shirt to recognize your special place in our event. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on event morning, you must register by Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Activities for Top Fundraisers & Teams

Susan G. Komen’s work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and support – our Top Individuals and Top Teams. 

Top Fundraisers – Individuals who raise $1,000+

On event morning, follow the Top Fundraiser signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll receive a special Top Fundraiser lanyard to help you stand apart from the crowd, and we invite you to pop in and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks provided by generous local partners. 

Your Walk T-shirt

All top fundraisers will earn this year’s commemorative event shirt. To guarantee your shirt arrives in time for you to wear it on Walk morning, you must have raised your first $100 by Sunday, September 15, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT.

Top Teams – Teams who raise $2,500+

Every team that raises $2,500 or more will be provided a tent and table in our Top Teams area. We encourage our top teams to bring snacks, drinks and items to share with team members.

Top Teams who fundraise $2,500 or more can have space in Team Village. Relax, mingle and celebrate with other top teams! Last day to qualify for space is Thursday, October 3, 2024. For more information, please email jlozano@komen.org.

Local T-Shirt Details

We are now mailing all shirts for $100+ fundraisers, survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer. In order to receive your shirt in time for Walk day*, you must register and/or fundraise $100+ by Sunday, September 15, 2024. Survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer who register, and participants who raise $100, after Sunday, September 15, 2024 will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event. The final cut-off date for participants to raise $100 and receive a shirt is Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Please note: there will be no t-shirts available for pick up either pre-event or on event day. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.

*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.

How long is the Walk?

The 2024 Komen Inland Empire MORE THAN PINK Walk will be 2 miles in length.

Are strollers allowed at the event?

Yes! We encourage participants of all ages to join us on event day!

Can I bring my dog(s) to the event?

Yes! Dogs are allowed to join us on the course and in the event area. Please keep your pet(s) leashed at all times for the safety of your pet and other event participants.

What is the deadline for fundraising?

All donations on your behalf that are received through Sunday, November 10, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CT will be credited to your fundraising total and will be eligible for fundraising incentives.
