Do I get a t-shirt?
All participants who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a commemorative event t-shirt. All survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will receive a special t-shirt recognizing their role in our event regardless of fundraising level or status. Registered survivors/those living with metastatic breast cancer who raise $100 or more will receive two shirts a pink survivor shirt and a gray participant shirt.

Please note that t-shirts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early to guarantee we include your shirt in our order! While we do our best with ordering, we cannot guarantee availability of all sizes.

How will I get my t-shirt?
If you fall into one of the following categories, your shirt will be mailed beginning September 12, 2022

  • Survivor/living with metastatic breast cancer participants who are registered by Midnight August 30, 2022
  • Any participant who reaches the $100 fundraising milestone by Midnight August 30, 2022
  • If you do not fall into one of those two categories but become eligible for a t-shirt after August 30, 2022, you may pick up your t-shirt on Walk morning. In addition, survivors and Those Living with MBC may pick up shirts in Hope Village, and fundraisers may be at the Registration tent.

    Registrants who raise at least $250 through their personal Komen fundraising site between now and Sunday, September 25 will receive this limited edition, long sleeve T-shirt with the above HOPE logo! Hurry and reach $250 because this is only available while supplies last!

Walk Route

The Walk Route is 1.35 miles. We will leave the Event Area and head south towards JC Penny's, west on Virginia toward Congress, North on Congress to Vogel, and East on Vogel to the mall entrance back to the event site.

Parking Info

The front part of Eastland Mall will be open to the public for parking. We will have volunteers at the entrances to help direct parking.

Top Fundraising Parking will be located next to the event site and is available to those that fundraise $100 and more.

Survivor Parking will be located close to the Event site in the Dillard’s parking lot.

Top Fundraisers and Survivors will receive an email before event day with detailed parking instructions for the permit parking area.

We will offer participants a shuttle from the Mall's front side to the site area. Look for the pink feather flag in front of JC Penny's and Vision Works for the shuttle stop locations.

In the interest of keeping our participants safe, Susan G. Komen will follow local, state and federal guidelines or mandates related to COVID-19. Please review the event’s homepage and/or email communications to receive up-to-date information, including safety precautions or event cancellation.

On Sunday, September 25, 2022, we will walk for the people who can't: For those too weakened by treatment to join. For those who are suffering. For those we have lost. Together we will fight back against breast cancer.
