If you know Shonda, you know she is usually the one showing up for everyone else.

This year, she was diagnosed with Stage III HER2-positive breast cancer. Her treatment journey includes chemotherapy, surgery and radiation — a lot of hard things she never asked to do.

So on October 25, we’re doing one of the hard things with her.

We’re walking the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk as Show Up for Shonda — because while we can’t take cancer away from her, we can make sure she never has to face it alone.

Showing up can look a lot of different ways. Walk with us. Join our team. Donate if you’re able. Share our page. Cheer obnoxiously loudly. Every person who shows up is another reminder to Shonda that there is an entire community standing beside her.

And yes, we’re raising money too. Funds raised through the MORE THAN PINK Walk support breast cancer research and patient services.

But for us, this one is personal.

We’re showing up for our friend.

We’re showing up for more birthdays. 

We’re showing up for more memories.

We’re showing up for Shonda.
