I’ve set a special goal for our family: on October 25, 2026, we’ll be walking in the Susan G. Komen "More Than Pink Walk" right here in Austin, TX!

I finish my last chemotherapy session this September, making this walk an incredibly meaningful milestone for me, my husband Alex, and our son Nico. Diagnosed with breast cancer on September 10, 2025, this past year has been one of the toughest of my life—but I am so close to the finish line.

We’ve joined a neighborhood team to walk weekly. Not only has it helped me rebuild my strength, but it’s also brought us closer to our amazing neighbors. Together, we are raising funds to power groundbreaking breast cancer research, provide direct support to patients, and remind everyone facing this disease that they are never alone.

I’m sharing my story to offer hope to other patients, caregivers, and families navigating this journey. So many people have poured love into me over the past year, and I want to pay that forward.
