In February 2026, Selina’s life changed in a way she never expected. She was diagnosed with breast cancer, beginning a journey filled with uncertainty, fear, strength, and faith.

What followed was not an easy road. Selina faced the challenges of breast cancer treatment and underwent radiation, taking each day one step at a time. There were moments when she may have felt tired, overwhelmed, or afraid, but she continued to push forward.

Through it all, Selina discovered a strength within herself that she may not have known existed. She learned that being strong doesn't mean you never feel afraid, it means you keep moving forward even when you are afraid.

Today, Selina is looking ahead with hope. She is hoping to participate in the Susan G. Komen Walk, not simply as someone who went through breast cancer, but as a survivor, a fighter, and an inspiration to others.
