Every year, we lace up our shoes and walk for something much bigger than ourselves.
We walk for the women and men who wake up every day facing breast cancer with courage they never asked to have. We walk for the families sitting in waiting rooms, holding onto hope. We walk for those celebrating survivorship and for those whose battles have become part of their legacy.
For our family, this walk is deeply personal.
Breast cancer touched our lives through two extraordinary women: our mom and our grandmom. They showed us what true strength looks like. They faced fear with faith, uncertainty with determination, and every challenge with the heart of a warrior. Their journeys taught us that courage is not the absence of struggle. Courage is choosing to keep going despite it.
When we walk, we carry their stories with us. We carry the lessons they left behind. We carry the countless memories that remind us why this fight matters.
Each step is a tribute to their strength.
Each mile is a reminder that no one should face breast cancer alone.
And each person who joins our journey becomes part of something powerful: a community that honors the fighters, remembers the loved ones we've lost, celebrates survivors and believes in a future where fewer families have to hear the words, "You have breast cancer."
This isn't just a walk.
It's a promise to our mom, our grandmom, and every warrior facing breast cancer today that their stories matter, their fight matters and they will never be forgotten.
Together, we keep moving forward. One step. One story. One warrior at a time.
In honor of our mom and grandmom, whose strength continues to guide every step we take.
