Fearless & Fabulous: Pretty in Pink was born from one survivor's journey, but we walk for so much more than one story.
We walk for the fighters. We celebrate the survivors and thrivers. We stand with the newly diagnosed. We support the caregivers, families, and friends who walk beside them. And we honor and remember those whose lives were taken by breast cancer.
💕 OUR STORY: Our team was founded by breast cancer survivor Melvina Jones after participating in her first Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. What began as a deeply personal milestone became something she knew she wanted to continue every year—and she decided to bring some fabulous people along with her!
And so, Fearless & Fabulous: Pretty in Pink became an annual tradition. 🎀
For us, this is about so much more than walking a few miles or wearing pink. It's about hope, gratitude, community, remembrance, survivorship, and LIFE.
💕 OUR PURPOSE: Together, we're raising funds to support Susan G. Komen's mission to end breast cancer. The money our team raises helps fund research for more effective treatments and provides vital support for people facing breast cancer today—including education and information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance, and more.
We know that ending breast cancer takes all of us. Together, we can help support people who need us today while continuing to work toward better treatments and a future with more survivors.
