One quarter of a century!
In celebration of over 25 year survivorship, I've registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. I'm thankful for the screening and state of the art treatments which have enabled me to be here today.
Paying it forward, I continue to fight every day to reduce mortality from breast cancer and ensure that patients have access to the lifesaving screenings and treatments available. With research dollars decreasing, Komen's role is more crucial than ever to advance science in the discovery and development of breast cancer cures.
Funds raised not only help support breakthrough research, they provide assistance to those facing breast cancer today who need our support. Whether it’s emotional support via Komen’s helpline, financial support through Komen’s financial assistance program, or navigation services to break down barriers to care, Komen will be there for them.Together we can Komen's mission of ending breast cancer forever.
