Hello friends and family. I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer last October. I had surgery in December to remove the cancer and had radiation in February and now on medication for the next 5 to 10 years. I was fortunate that it was caught early by a routine mammogram that I get every year. Ladies, PLEASE get your mamo yearly!!! My coworker, Donette Langdon, was diagnosed and went through treatment the year before me. Not a club either one of us wanted to join, but here we are. We are joining the Susan Komen breast cancer walk and fundraising this September 26th at Woodland Park Zoo. Please help us reach our fundraising goal! ❤
