It’s That Time Again — Year 9!
Family and friends,
It’s that time again! This year marks 9 years as a breast cancer survivor, and my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Nine years of life. Nine years of grace. Nine years of making memories, loving, laughing, growing, and being blessed with another day.
As we prepare for the 2026 Breast Cancer Walk, I would absolutely love for you to walk with me again this year. Every year, this walk is more than just a walk for me. It is a celebration of LIFE, a reminder of how far I’ve come, and an opportunity to honor those who have fought, those who are still fighting, and those whose memories we carry with us.
I am especially thankful for YOU—my family and friends who have loved me, prayed for me, encouraged me, celebrated me, and continued to walk beside me through the years. Your presence in my life is a gift I never take for granted.
So, for Year 9, I’m asking my village to lace up those shoes and walk with me! Let’s celebrate life, survivorship, friendship, family, and the blessing of simply being here.
Nine years later, I’m still here, still grateful, still blessed…and still walking!
I would be so thankful to have you walking beside me. I hope you’ll join me!
