Jordyn's Joy Squad is More Than Pink

Welcome to Jordyn’s Joy Squad!

As I prepare to celebrate my Bat Mitzvah, I wanted my mitzvah project to be something deeply meaningful to me and my family. Becoming a Jewish adult is all about taking action, spreading kindness, and doing my part to help heal the world (Tikkun Olam). That’s why I have registered for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and formed Jordyn's Joy Squad!

Our team is walking with so much love and purpose:
  • In Loving Memory of my Grandma, Joy Studin: I never had a chance to spend time with her, but from the stories I’ve heard Joy wasn’t just my grandmother’s name—it was who she was.  We walk to honor her humor, bright spirit, and the strength she left in our hearts.
  • In Honor of my Mom and Aunt Jessie: We celebrate their incredible strength, resilience, and courage every single day. They constantly inspire me to be the good in other people’s lives

How You Can Help

Every step we take brings us closer to better research, better treatments, and ultimately, a cure. You can support our mission by:

  • Donating to our page: Every contribution, big or small, directly funds the research that is needed to help find a cure and assist in patient support.
  • Joining our squad: Walk with us on race day to celebrate, commemorate and don’t forget to bring the Joy!
  • Sharing this link: Help us spread the word with friends and family.

Thank you so much for supporting my Bat Mitzvah project, honoring my incredible family, and racing toward a cure with us.

Together, let’s bring the Joy!

Jordyn Glade
