This past year has quietly transformed my life. A breast cancer diagnosis reminded me that every day is a gift and that some of life's most meaningful battles are fought in silence. While many of you may not know my story, today isn't about looking back--it's about celebrating life, hope, healing, and everything that lies ahead. 

First and foremost, I want to thank my husband—my soulmate, my greatest blessing, and my biggest supporter. Thank you for loving me through every season, celebrating every victory, and carrying hope for both of us when I needed it most. You are the heart of our family, and I am endlessly grateful to walk through this life with you.

To my three beautiful children, you are my greatest purpose and my daily reminder of what truly matters. Every step I take is inspired by the life we’re building together and the future we dream of. Being your mom is my greatest blessing.

As a naturopathic doctor, I have always believed in supporting the body’s incredible ability to heal. This chapter strengthened that belief and reminded me that healing is about so much more than the body. It’s about nourishing our minds, caring for our spirits, leaning on the people we love, and choosing gratitude—even on the hardest days.

If there’s one message I hope you take with you today, it’s this: listen to your body, advocate for yourself, and never delay your recommended screenings. Early detection can make a profound difference.
