WALK WITH ME ON OCTOBER 24TH
This journey has changed me in ways I never could have imagined.
Earlier this year, I heard the words no one ever wants to hear: “You have breast cancer.” I was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer, and suddenly my life became doctor appointments, scans, treatments, uncertainty, fear, and so many emotions I didn’t always know how to put into words.
I started chemotherapy with one goal…..to fight.
Eight rounds. Some days were harder than others. There were tears, fear, exhaustion, pain, and moments when I wondered how I would keep going. But there were also prayers, love, laughter, strength, and people who refused to let me feel alone.
And now, I’ve reached another major milestone: my last chemotherapy treatment is behind me. ❤
On October 1st, I will take another huge step in this fight! But my journey doesn’t end there.
On October 24th, I will be walking in the breast cancer walk and I would LOVE for you to walk with me.
Whether you walk beside me, donate, pray for me, cheer me on, or simply show up in your own way, your support means more than I could ever explain.
This walk is about so much more than breast cancer. It is about strength, survival, hope, faith, family, friendship, and refusing to give up.
I am still fighting.
I am still healing.
I am still here.
And I am still believing in brighter days ahead.
So I’m asking my family, friends, coworkers, and everyone who has supported me along the way to please come walk with me.
October 24th — Walk With Liz
Let’s surround me with love, pink, and positive energy as I continue fighting this battle.
I didn’t choose this journey, but I’m choosing to keep moving forward.
Love, Liz
