On October 3rd, I'll be walking in honor and memory of my beautiful mother, Dr. Lynn Cheree Dixon-Forest.
My mom was a breast cancer survivor, and watching her fight and overcome breast cancer gave me a firsthand understanding of the strength, courage, and resilience this disease requires. Although I lost my mom in 2025, her strength continues to inspire me every day.
This year, I'm raising funds for Susan G. Komen to support breast cancer research, education, advocacy, and resources for women and families impacted by this disease. This walk is more than just a fundraiser for me-it's a way to honor my mom, celebrate her life, and help move us closer to a future where fewer families have to face breast cancer.
Every donation, no matter the amount, makes a difference. If you're able to give, I would be incredibly grateful for your support.
I walk for my mom. I walk for every survivor. I walk for every family. And I walk for a cure. ð’
