PRI Pink Prancers is More Than Pink
As a member of the PRI team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their mission to end breast cancer forever.
The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments for breast cancer. Additionally, it will provide vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education and information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.
As many of you know, my mother, Priscilla Kline, was diagnosed with breast cancer at the very early age of 33. She had mastectomies in 1973 and 19833. She developed bone cancer which led to her death in 1996 at the age of 55. This is a cause near and dear to my heart. And I know so many of my friends whose lives have similar stories or been touched by breast cancer in some way.
Ending breast cancer needs all of us, and your generosity can make a real difference. Together, let’s show breast cancer patients there’s a whole community standing by their side.
