Who is Sue?

Sue is a wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, sister, and friend. She has beaten breast cancer before, but this time it?s different. She was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer that has spread to her bones, and she has been bravely battling it for almost five years.

Earlier this year, doctors discovered another aggressive breast cancer, which led to the removal of her breast. Through it all, Sue has shown incredible strength, courage, and love.

She is one of the strongest women I know. The way she faces every challenge in life is truly inspirational. Sue is the rock of our family, the calm in the storm, and the heart that holds us all together.

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.
