My Story
This year, I joined the Komen community and registered for the Susan G. Komen MORE THAN PINK Walk. On February 5, 2026, I was diagnosed with ER/PR/HER2+ invasive duct carcinoma. Hearing that I had breast cancer, stopped me in my tracks. I was not expecting to ever hear the words you have cancer ever in my life. I met with drs and came up with a plan. 6 rounds of chemotherapy and then surgery is the plan. I have had such a huge support system behind me and here for me every step of the way so far. This new life has not been easy by any means. It has come with a lot of ups and downs, but I fight, I fight every day for my little girl and two boys. I fight for me. To beat this awful disease. To come out on top and say I won! I look forward to the day when I can call myself “a survivor”!
Please join us in this walk to help end breast cancer.
Thank you all the love and support I have received by so many. I love you all.
