Welcome to our Team page, this story is about Pamala Chantarasiri, and this October 26, 2025, I'm proud to participate on a team for the Susan G. Komen Walk on her behalf. This cause is deeply personal to our team because Pamala, was living her best life when she was suddenly diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer in November 2022 that has evolved to Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer 2025.
Pamala's strength and courage inspire me, her family, her friends, every day. Despite the shock of going from Stage 2 to Stage 4 almost overnight, she has faced every treatment, chemo, targeted therapy, and more with grit and determination. Today, her cancer is being treated by the amazing doctors, nurses and support staff of Texas Oncology, while the journey is long, she is not alone. She reminds me what true resilience looks like.
We're walking not only for Pamala, but for all women and families impacted by breast cancer and metastatic breast cancer (MBC). This disease affects more than just the patient, it touches entire families, friendships, and communities.
We;ve set a goal to raise $2,500 for Susan G. Komen to fund groundbreaking research, support patients with MBC, and bring us closer to a world without breast cancer.
