SuziAnna started this team because cancer research is dear to her boobs (and heart). She found out she had breast cancer in November 2023 and it turned her world upside down. After surgery and radiation to get rid of the cancer and ongoing preventative treatment she wants to help other women avoid this terrible disease. Out name “The Pink of Purrfection” combines one of SuziAnna’s favorite movies (Summer Magic) with her love of cats for a quirky play on words that fits her quirky personality.

As a member of this team, we are each playing a part in helping Susan G. Komen® in their  mission to end breast cancer forever.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.
