Our Story

Hello IROCers and rockstars!

As you know, last year we lost our beloved IROC Member, Tandi Abel, to breast cancer. In honor of Tandi's memory and to support breast cancer awareness, we are participating in the Susan G Komen Pink Walk as a team. This event holds special significance for us as we come together not only to remember Tandi but also to continue our team's commitment to raising awareness for this cause.

We invite each and every one of you to join us in this walk. Your participation would mean a lot to us and would help carry forward our team's mission to support causes that impact lives deeply.

Whether you walk alongside us or support us through a donation, your contribution will make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. Let's show our solidarity as a team and make Tandi proud. Together, we can honor her memory and contribute to a cause that impacts so many lives.

The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & Information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more. Ending breast cancer needs all of us. United together, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.

Lastly, we are one of the top teams that already reached $2,500 before September 23rd, so we will have our own tent (with our team name, IROC, on it) with 1 table and 2 chairs in the area that is a space for the top fundraising teams to gather and celebrate their success on Walk Day. You are more than welcome to bring your food, drinks, additional chairs, decorations, games, etc.

Please let us know your availability and interest in participating or donating. We look forward to coming together once again in support of this meaningful cause.

Warm regards,

IROC Charity Committee
