Thirteen years ago a group of strong women decided to take on the Susan G. Komen breast cancer 3 day walk with a desire to reduce the rate of one in eight.  Since that time, the statistic that motivated us to fundraise, train and walk has become a reality within our own team.  So we’re back!  It’s time to rally this remarkable group of women for a much shorter adventure but with a meaningful mission. Team Eight’s Teresa is a breast cancer survivor and Laura is currently fighting breast cancer.  So for that reason, it’s time to lace up the walking shoes again and band together for this important cause. The money our team raises will fund research to discover more effective treatments, as well as vital patient support to help connect people with things like breast cancer education & information, emotional support, patient navigation, financial assistance and so much more.

Ending breast cancer needs all of us. United together, we can support those who need help today, while fearlessly searching for tomorrow's cures.
