This cause is especially near and dear to our hearts because our founder’s sister, Wendi Jo Sperber, lived with breast cancer for eight years before sadly losing her battle. During her life, Wendi started WeSPARK, a breast cancer support center that continues to provide vital support to those affected by the disease. In honor of her legacy, we are proud to create a National Team through our Women of Sperber employee resource group, which fosters a supportive, judgment-free environment where women across our organization can connect, develop leadership skills, and empower one another.

By rallying together around this cause, we aim to give back to the communities we serve and support the fight against breast cancer, the second leading cause of cancer death among women in the U.S. Through this initiative, we hope to contribute to the vital work of Susan G. Komen and honor Wendi’s legacy.
