Do I get a t-shirt?
All registered participants will receive an event t-shirt. The shirts for survivors and those living with metastatic breast cancer will be in special colors to recognize their role in our event.
Register early to guarantee you’ll receive your shirt before event day!
How will I get my t-shirt?
We are now mailing all shirts for all participants.
In order to receive your shirt in time for Race day*, you must register by Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 11:59pm Central. Participants who register after Sunday, April 7, 2024 will receive your shirt(s) by mail after the event.
*Shirts are being mailed via USPS. As with any shipping provider, delays may occur.
Please note: there will be no on-site shirt pick-up or additional shirt pick-up opportunities for shirts of any kind. Thank you for your commitment to Susan G. Komen and our efforts to simplify our t-shirt process.
Why are all t-shirts being mailed this year?
Mailing all shirts guarantees you will get the size you requested. Additionally, the new program will cut down on waste and will allow for cost savings, ensuring more of your fundraising dollars are directed to Komen’s lifesaving mission.
We're working on scheduling some fabulous activities now! Check back later for all the details.
Be the first to know about new activities by joining our 2024 Komen Triangle Race for the Cure Facebook Group!

Event Day Tools
Susan G. Komen's work would not be possible without our fundraisers. It is our honor to recognize those fundraisers who go above and beyond with their efforts and their support — our top Individuals and Top Teams.
Top Fundraisers — Individuals who raise $1000+
On event morning, follow the Top Fundraiser signs to the area reserved just for you! You’ll be gifted a special Top Fundraiser lanyard to help you stand apart from the crowd and we invite you to pop in and enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks provided by generous local partners.
Top Teams — Teams who raise $2500+
Every team that raises $2500 or more will be provided a tent and table in our Top Teams area. We encourage our top teams to bring snacks, drinks and items to share with your team members.
How long is the Race?
The 2024 Komen Triangle Race for the Cure will be approximately 3 miles in length, or you may choose to walk/run our shorter 1 mile route. We also have a Kids Fun Run/Walk for our youngest walkers/racers!

For people with cancer or those with compromised immune systems, the CDC and NCCN (National Comprehensive Cancer Network) still recommends wearing a mask, social distancing, washing your hands, avoiding crowds, and other preventive measures.
On Saturday, May 4, 2024, we will race for the people who can't: For those too weakened by treatment to join. For those who are suffering. For those we have lost. Together we will fight back against breast cancer.
